All Memorabilia submissions must have been authenticated by PSA, JSA, Beckett or SGC.
All items must be in fair condition not contain any major flaws. The exception, is if the item is an older vintage or high value). Items that are deemed not acceptable due to low/no demand, low/no value or damaged will be shipped back to the sender.
How to Submit
We make the process very easy to submit! Please read the how-to below and don’t forget to look through the FAQs at the bottom of the page.
The first step is to print out our consignment agreement and then fill in the information. The next step is to securely pack your cards in a box. Make sure to protect your cards with sleeves and top loaders so we can scan, list and ship out once they are sold.
There is a 25 cent processing fee for all cards that are not appropriately top loaded. Now you are ready to ship cards to us.

We sell (exclusively on eBay) at fair market prices and offer competitive consignment rates. Current consignment turn around time is 4-8 days.

IMPORTANT: Please read through these FAQs carefully before you send us any cards. Failure to comply with consignment procedures may result in returned items.

All items are listed on eBay and are put on a 7-day auction starting at $1. A window is utilized of 7:00 PM EST – 11:00 PM EST.
The “Buy it Now” option is rarely used but can be applied if requested. This is usually done for higher valued item and when a current market price can be agreed upon ahead of time.
Payouts will be sent by check or ACH 7-14 days after your auctions have ended. If you choose to receive a PayPal payment, then you will have to absorb ALL the PayPal fees.
Grand Slam Sports Cards will handle all returns. You are not liable and will be paid out accordingly.
We ask that you carefully choose the items that you consign through us. This will mean doing research and knowing what items are “desired” and would interest buyers. You can do this by looking at sold items on eBay. You can also use other apps such as ALT, Terapeak, Goldin or PWCC to see recent sales.
In the event your item does not sell, we reserve the right to look at relisting item. If item still does not sell, then you will owe Grand Slam Sports Cards $3 per card. We reserve the right to keep all items that go unpaid for. If requested, we will mail your items back at our cost.
